I bought this book from Amazon.com to use as a diet book but it is much more! Neris and India are two friends who have gotten fat and decide to work together to lose weight. They are honest about how some days just suck but in the end they accomplish their goals. They wanted to name the book “How we went from PIG to TWIG”. While there are rules to follow and recipes to use it is just funny to read about how they got thru! I unfortunately did not stick to their diet but I still make the recipes, like the salmon patties I had for dinner. The hubby really likes them too and they are easy but delicious!
